Located in West Volusia County, YMCA Camp Winona is set on 60 secluded acres of beautiful pine forst and lies on the shores of spring-fed Lake Winona. The waterfront features a sandy beach, canoes, kayaks, sailboats, a "blob" and plenty of water fun under certifies supervision. Camp Winona also has a dining hall, infirmary, recreation hall, education center, crafts building, archery and riflery range, basketball court, sports field, ropes course and two paintball courses.

Campers and staff live in rustic, lakefront cabins arranged in villages. The Boys Village and Girls Village each has a centrally located bathhouse with showers. Most cabins sleep up to 12 campers and 2 counselors. Although the cabins are not air-conditioned the screen windows allow for the nice breeze off the lake and their are enough electrical outlets for each camper to have thier own personal fan plugged in.
