The Corporate Leadership Program takes place on our ropes course and consists of a series of initiative problems, trust exercised and challenge elements. Each activity is designed to promote problem solving, leadership, teamwork and trust. The program provides a powerful tool to develop group cohesiveness, self-confidence and feelings of empowerment. Challenge, intensity and camaraderie help to instill a pride that groups continue to enjoy beyond the day's experience.

An experienced facilitator will guide the group through a series of low elements or initiatives to start the day off. These initiatives begin to help the team build courage, cooperation and trust. As the day progresses, the challenges increase in difficulty and lead up to the high elements. Each of these elements is set approximately 35 feet in the air and are designed as personal challenges for individuals as team members support them. Our high course philosophy is "Challenge by Choice" which means that no one is required to climb to a level that they do not want.

Our professional staff is highly trained in ropes course programming, group dynamics and safety. They are selected for their broad base of experience in counseling, management training, staff development and experiential education.
